ALKUSOITTO
Tämä ei ole ihan kuvakkeen perus blogimatskua, mutta pitää purkaa ajatuksia johonkin, enkä nyt ole viitsinyt etsiä parempaakaan paikkaa. Aloin alunperin kirjoittamaan englanniksi, koska alkuperäinen inspiraationlähde oli englanninkielinen. Ja onhan se nyt vain uskottavampaa kirjoittaa varsinkin tästä aiheesta englanniksi.
Uskonnoltani olen sitoutumaton vapaa-ajattelija. Minusta on hölmöä perustaa ajatuksensa jonkin tietyn uskonnon laatimaan muottiin, jos haluaa ajatella yhtään syvällisemmin. Agnostikkojen ajattelumalli ei ole yhtään sen syvällisempi. Ateismi on käsitteenä liian yksioikoinen, siitä tulee mieleen vain vastareaktio toisten ihmisten älyvapaaseen uskonnollisuuteen. Tykkään ajatella, että otan jokaisesta ajattelumallista palasen ja rakennan niistä oman maailmankatsomukseni, jota kehitän jatkuvasti.
POHDINTA
In many monotheistic religions god is perceived as omnipotent, omnipresent and all powerful etc. Therefore this kind of god must consist of all the matter, energy and everything else we do not know about. God works in mysterious ways because for example laws of physics work in very mysterious ways; we do not know nearly everything about it.
Now you know what god is, but at the same time you do not because we do not know everything. You can believe that this kind of god is everything or that god is not.
If there were a single being known as god and we knew everything about this being. He would not be a god to us. Instead he would be just another being with remarcable power.
I have come to believe that god is nature, but not in the sense most people perceive nature. It does not matter how far a civilization advances in tehnology, or how ruthlessly we use the resources of planets; we are still completely part of the very nature of universes.
I don't believe that the nature of universes can change, it is eternal. The shapes of matter and energy shift but there cannot be a change in the nature of change. Maybe along with everything else; god is the nature of change that never changes.
What is the meaning of life? There is no deeper meaning in existence. The only place where a meaning for something is born, is in the minds of intelligent and emotional beings. Because we care for what happens. The meaning of life is in our emotions. Without emotions there would be no meaning in anything. We create the meaning of the universes.
